Travelplan has secured very competitive rates at the Conference venue, The Gant, for the conference period and four days prior. However, the AALDC block will likely be sold early with additional apartments only being available at higher cost. The exclusive Travelplan ‘package’ includes transfers and AALDC discounted lift tickets. Discounted rental and ski/snowboard lessons are also available through Travelplan.

Aspen has substantially reduced lift rates for Youth to 17 years and Seniors 65 plus.

FLY TO AALDC ASPEN WITH AMERICAN AIRLINES, DELTA, QANTAS OR UNITED
Travelplan will arrange best air fares for 2023. Seats are limited – early bookings are essential. You can book now and not pay until later in the year with some airlines (conditions vary). The earlier you book, the better chance you have of securing the best fares on your airline of choice. Your Travelplan AALDC Consultant will advise the best fares and conditions available for your preferred travel dates.

SKI RENTAL AND SKI SCHOOL
Travelplan guarantees its AALDC rates for Rental and Ski School are lower than in resort, even with the Mountain Advantage Card. Rental offers include FREE storage at the base and FREE transport to all 4 Mountains e.g. drop your skis at the Aspen base after skiing and collect the next day at Snowmass.

LONGER STAY ASPEN SPECIALS

  • SKI10 Ski up to 10 days for less than the cost of a regular 6 day pass.
  • SKI30 Ski up to 30 days for less than a regular 7 day pass.


CURRENCY GUARANTEE
Travelplan guarantee the AU$ land cost of your AALDC package will not change due to currency exchange variations from the date you pay your deposit. Adjustment may be necessary for earlier quotes subject to currency variation prior to deposit payment date, when currency.
